Disconnect and delete data
Use the option below that matches what you want removed. Revoking provider access takes effect independently of any retention required for existing recruitment records.
Last updated: 17 August 2026Remove a mailbox from a job
- Sign in and open the relevant Pre-Interview thread.
- Open Recruiter Mailboxes.
- Select the remove action beside the mailbox.
This stops future use of that mailbox for the selected job. It does not remove the reusable connection from the organization or erase historical recruitment communications.
Revoke Google access immediately
- Open your Google Account’s third-party connections page.
- Select Rent-a-Recruiter.
- Choose the option to remove access.
Open Google third-party connections
Revocation prevents new Google API access. It does not automatically delete data already retained in an organization’s recruitment records.
Disconnect and erase stored mailbox credentials
- Sign in and open any current Pre-Interview thread where the mailbox is attached.
- Open Recruiter Mailboxes.
- Select Disconnect mailbox from Rent-a-Recruiter beside the address and confirm.
This disables the connection for every job in the organization and erases its stored access token, refresh token, granted scopes, server configuration, and signature content. Historical recruitment messages and audit evidence are not automatically erased.
Delete organization or recruitment data
Ask an authorized administrator of your Rent-a-Recruiter organization to request deletion through the organization’s established support contact. Include the organization name, affected account or candidate record, requested scope, and whether records must be retained for a legal reason.
Authorization must be verified before deletion. Candidates should contact the recruiting organization shown in their correspondence because that organization controls the candidate record.
Before deleting
Deletion can affect reply synchronization, audit history, candidate communication evidence, and active recruitment workflows. Export any records your organization is legally required to keep before requesting permanent deletion.
