Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of Rent-a-Recruiter by customer organizations and their authorized users.

You may use the service only for lawful recruitment and employment-related workflows and only for organizations and mailboxes you are authorized to represent. You must keep account credentials secure and ensure user, role, and mailbox permissions remain appropriate.
Recruitment decisions
The service assists with organizing information, evaluating configured criteria, drafting communications, and recording evidence. Customer organizations remain responsible for reviewing outputs, making employment decisions, complying with equality and employment law, and providing any notices or human review required by law.
Candidate information
You must have a valid basis to upload and process candidate information. Do not provide information that is unnecessary for recruitment, unlawfully obtained, or subject to restrictions that prevent its processing through the service.
Connected mailboxes
Only connect a mailbox you are authorized to use. The service requests the capability selected by the recruiter and requires explicit approval before outbound candidate messages are queued. You are responsible for message content, recipients, and compliance with email, privacy, and anti-spam rules.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to discriminate unlawfully, send deceptive or abusive communications, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, interfere with the service, reverse engineer security controls, or violate another person’s rights.
Service availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change to improve security, comply with provider requirements, or develop the product. Material changes affecting customer use will be communicated through appropriate channels.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for security risks, unlawful use, material breach, non-payment, or protection of users and third parties. On termination, data is handled according to the customer agreement, applicable retention obligations, and the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied guarantees beyond those expressly agreed with the customer. Liability is limited as set out in the applicable customer agreement; nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
